Q: Where do your antlers and wood come from?
We only gather what nature freely gives.
Our deer-friends shed their antlers with grace at winter’s end, and we collect them gently from the forest floor.
The branches we use are fallen, or lovingly offered by trees that no longer need them.
No cutting. No harm. Only gifts.
Q: How big are your wands really?
Not all magic comes in grand sizes.
Our wood wands are usually longer than a human palm — gently elegant, ideal for two-handed holding or altar placement.
Our antler wands are much smaller — many are palm-sized, and some are no bigger than a pendant.
We’ve shown them beside the fuzzy paw of a forest friend to help you feel their true scale.
Please read the descriptions carefully and check the photos before you invite a wand home. Size is part of the spirit.
Q: Can I request a custom wand?
The sacred space for custom creations is still growing, like a sprout under moonlight.
Soon, you’ll be able to choose a crystal path — and we shall craft with your essence in mind.
For now, the altar remains quiet, but not for long...
Q: Do you ship to my realm?
At this moment, our magic travels only across the lands called “United States.”
But wind and will are gathering — we hope to send our creations further soon.
Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, our forest hearts would have it no other way.
We use recycled paper, cloth, and bubble-wrap only where absolutely needed — to keep your wand safe on its journey.
All materials are chosen with care for the earth we love.
Q: Will my wand look exactly like the one in the picture?
You’ll receive the exact wand shown in the picture… unless otherwise stated. Each is crafted from one-of-a-kind crystals and branches.
What you see is what the forest chose for you.
Q: Do I need to cleanse or charge my wand?
Wands arrive fully attuned, yet they love moonlight baths, incense trails, and your loving touch.
Whisper to them, rest them on amethyst or selenite, or let them breathe under the stars.
They’ll hum when they’re ready again.
Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?
Oh no — that’s a rare and stormy misfortune.
While we bless each parcel before it leaves the grove, we cannot control how the winds carry it beyond.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot offer refunds.
Please track your parcel closely, and ensure someone is home to greet it.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final.
Each piece is one of a kind — once chosen, it begins to attune to your energy and cannot return to the grove.

Q: Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Our creations begin their journey the moment they are chosen.
Because of this, we cannot offer cancellations under any circumstance.
The forest thanks you for understanding — and for choosing slowly, with heart.
Q: Are the crystals perfect?
Not in the way machines might wish — but in the way nature intends.
Tiny chips, natural inclusions, and texture are part of their wild story.
What you see in the photos is what the forest chose for you.
Q: Can I send a wand as a gift?
Of course — just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll prepare it quietly, beautifully, and with a message if you wish.

Q: Will sold out wands return?
Ah, some wand designs may look similar in form — but no wand is ever truly the same.
Even when crafted with the same kind of crystal and wood, each piece carries a different song, a different spirit.
Once a wand leaves the grove, its soul belongs to another.
Though new ones may come, they will never be that one again.
So if a wand whispers to your heart, listen before its voice fades into the forest.
About Winter Reservation for Enhydro Wands
Some of our wands hold enhydros crystals — ancient water suspended inside stone.
These rare pieces are especially sensitive to cold. When temperatures drop below 10°C / 50°F, the water inside may expand and cause them to crack.
If your heart is set on such a wand during winter, you may place a non-refundable deposit to reserve it.
Your wand will remain in the grove, resting peacefully until the weather warms.
When spring returns, we’ll send you a note to complete your purchase and begin the wand’s journey to you.
Please note: if the remaining payment isn’t completed, the deposit will not be refunded, and the wand may eventually find another keeper.
