How We Send Our Creations
Once a wand is ready, we wrap it in cloth, twine, and whisper, then nestle it into a box enchanted for safe travel. Each parcel leaves the forest from our woodland outpost in California within 1 to 3 business days.
We currently send our magic only across the lands known as the “United States.”
Wider realms may open as our wings grow stronger.
On Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Each wand is one of a kind — shaped by time, wood, and crystal, with no twin waiting in the wings.
Because of this, all sales are final. Once a piece is chosen, its spirit begins to bond with yours.
We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
Please choose slowly, and feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more about a piece before it finds its keeper.
On Damaged or Lost Packages
Once a parcel leaves the grove, it rides the winds of the postal realm.
While we prepare it with care and blessing, we cannot control the journey beyond our trees.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to postal mishandling or theft.
To protect your wand’s safe arrival:
• Track your parcel closely using the email you provided at checkout
• Ensure someone is available to receive it at your door
• If tracking doesn’t update within 72 hours, you may file a Help Request via USPS or UPS
• After 7 days, you can submit a Missing Mail Search on the carrier’s website
Address Accuracy & Shipping Timing
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel returns to us due to an error in the address, we’ll kindly ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping.
If you spot a mistake after checkout, please write to us within 24 hours, before the label is printed.
We typically ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping fees apply per order — to avoid multiple charges, consider placing all your treasures in one order.
On Crystal Nature & Wand Care
Crystals are born wild — shaped by rivers, roots, and time. Tiny lines, surface texture, or natural inclusions are part of their true form.
What you see in the photos is the exact piece you will receive. We do not use filters or retouch our stones.
Each wand is carefully checked and secured before it leaves the grove.
Once in your hands, its care becomes your ritual.
If your wand breaks while with you, we may be able to offer a gentle repair for a small fee (starting at $15).
If the crystal is broken and you don’t wish to have it repaired with glue — or if it cannot be mended — we sadly won’t be able to restore it.
We may offer a new wand with a similar type of crystal, but the full cost would apply.
