1. Customization Process
Similar to a mystery box — you cannot specify the exact design, but you may choose the primary crystal type and a budget range.

Deposit: 50% of your chosen budget.

Before paying the deposit, please contact us via email or in person to confirm details.

Once the deposit is received, your order will be scheduled.

Production time: ~1 day per wand.

When your wand is finished, we will email you photos along with the remaining balance.

Once the balance is paid, we will ship your wand.

2. Budget Guidelines (USD)
Price mainly reflects the crystal size.

Within your budget, we will always search for the most unique and best-quality crystal available — clarity, inclusions, or rare features may vary, but we aim to maximize beauty and character within your range.

If you would like the wand to be wearable as a pendant, please add a note when placing your order.

Mexico Vera Cruz Amethyst : $60–200
Madagascar Red Clay Skeletal Quartz: $40–120
Zimbabwe Super Seven: $80–200
Namibian Quartz: $100–500
Pakistan Yellow / White Clay Quartz: $50–100
Himalayan Clear Quartz: $60–120
Lemurian Clear Quartz: $60–120

3. Shipping & Insurance
Free shipping for orders $50+.

Orders under $50 → $5 shipping fee.

We are not responsible for lost parcels. In case of loss, you must file a claim directly with the courier. We do our best to pack securely to prevent breakage.

Insurance available on request (added to the final payment). Approximate rates:
$100 order → $3
$200 order → $5
$500 order → $12

4. Important Notes
Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Each wand is one-of-a-kind — crystals and antlers are matched intuitively and cannot be replicated.

If your region is experiencing low temperatures below 10°C (50°F) or high heat, please inform us before shipping.

Enhydro crystals (with water inclusions) are sensitive to extreme temperature changes and may crack or evaporate.
